What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for a full store credit refund (only) within 7 days of purchasing or receiving an item. The returned item must be in the same condition it was in at the time of purchase to be eligible.
After this period, items are not eligible to be returned and will be purchased to be sold again dependent on condition and market.
We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please be mindful when shopping pre-loved items online and view the photos and notes provided. If you receive an item that has major undisclosed issues, the return will be accepted subject to our discretion.
We do our best to disclose any and all flaws. Many of our products are pre-loved, minor flaws and signs of wear are noted at our discretion. Feel free to contact us for more detailed photos on an item you are interested in!
Watches sold in store are not eligible for return, any mechanical issues are covered with one year warranty.
